Pros

Good commission and quick payout

Cons

They give you 3 appointments a day which are such poor quality e.g. unemployed, state pension. If your appointment cancels you cannot go on your next appointment early as they don't trust you not to blow it out, so be prepared to spend a lot of time sat in your car or in McDonald's.

I wish I could fill this box but really the only pro is the girls are lovely and one of the team leaders is lovely the other is a horrible. And you can win a bottle of beer now and then

Working 9 until 9, to much pressure as your expected to be the best right away, very poor training, pressure to work weekends, no regard for health, air con used as a weapon and has made me sick, practically no breaks after five oclock, team leaders shouting and laughing while stood behind you when you on a call which is highly distracting and makes customers ask whats going on, poor script, radio played to loud often, dragged into the office every 30 seconds so you feel like your singled out, told when you can and cant use personal time, team leader walks round with a face of thunder, to much pressure put on you to soon, told you have no targets at first and then shouted at for not hitting targets, call advice contradicting, expected to fight for calls regardless of customers situation, poor vulnerability tests, and pretty much the worse company I have ever worked for.

No Expenses Poor Appointments In General 3 Hour Appts alot of people do not realise you will be there 3 hours in there home. Alot of appointments are no shows, and then you have to wait 3 hours in kfc or in car for next appt. If you do manage to sell the product you need to hope they have the funds, because if it has to go to finance the majority get turned down, and you can add another hour plus in there homes waiting for a decision.
