      Pros

      I initially joined Commodity on a 12-month internship programme during university and received fantastic exposure and responsibilities from day 1. The team is light but extremely welcoming and supportive. Experts in the field, I highly recommend for people keen to learn about headhunting, talent, and commodities. Travel opportunities, face-to-face dealings with clients.

      Cons

      Whilst the company is light-footed, the presence is global and opportunities are never limited. You create your own success.

      The COO is professional and fun at the same time.

      No real inconvenients but you will find out quicly if you belong the company values.

      Pros

      An amazing team to work in where everyone is valued and supported equally. No question is too stupid and everyone from CEO to Intern genuinely cares about you and your career. Work is engaging and responsibility is given based on ability and commitment rather than just time spent there or previous experience. Leadership can’t be faulted and despite the friendly environment, everyone is still pushed to reach their full potential.

      Cons

      COVID restrictions currently limit some of the opportunities/ best bits of Executive Search but not something exclusive to Commodity Appointments.
