      Toxic work environment 24X7 Production support Leadership incompetent, laid off 50% workforce just to hire own management at top level No job security, at the mercy of CEO he can decide to lay off people in mass and pivot the business Their language of profitability is firing people so the cost is decreased Your loyalty is not respected, hikes can be manipulated by getting a better offer and getting it matched by management Laid off pregnant women and men on paternity leaves
