      hmmm... I'm not really sure how to answer that.

      Cons

      not near the salary promised. We agreed on a salary, this was based on number of sales expected. Though I exceeded everyone elses sales numbers- my quota was set so high, it was near unattainable.. I was said to not have hit quota, but it was never mentioned to the team that my quota was much higher than everyone else, so they could secure my position at my salary expectations... Thus a meeting and salary reduction was set in place. Know what you are getting into.

      Management is often absent and parking is free

      Management has boundary issues, unconstructive criticism, poor leadership skills but great intimidation tactics.

      -Great pay. -Proven system. -A sense that you are making a difference in the lives of children. -Job requirements were exactly as specified in interview.

      -Must be prepared to deal with rejection on the telephone.
