Pros

-If you make it past 3 days, they'll probably promote you. -I was asked to became a field manager on day 1 and was promoted on day 3 -The pay is not too bad considering you're just talking to people. -It helps the community i guess

Cons

-I was a field manager for 2 days, they let me go because I had did not reach the required number of registered voters. -It was a rainy day and I was literally 2 away. -Of the 9 that started with me, myself and one other guy were the last ones left the day I was let go (day 6)

Pros

Quick raises: started at $9/hr, ended at $17/hr a couple of months later Good hours: able to work as many hours as you want (at least 3 days per week)

Cons

Absolutely toxic work environment: insanely high turnover. Most people were fired within two weeks, so all of the canvassers were on edge at all times. Inexperienced leadership: The directors were all between 19 and 24 years old and none were local (despite leading a grassroots campaign that depended on community outreach). Their leadership style was both condescending and ineffective.

Pros

-Good Pay -Friendly Staff -Seems like a good job to get while still at college -Looking for full time workers

Cons

-Management is 20-25 aged bubbly girls that do not explain much and blindly follow rules -Don't get to pick Canvassing sites (which means you can get shafted pretty easily) -Quota for "Observation" (first) day is same as any other day (wasn't told this by anyone) -High Turnover rate due to being at mercy of Management and Rules
