At Compass you’re in a team who genuinely cares for children and helps them achieve and reach their full potential.

Cons

No cons if you really care about making a difference as it is not always easy work helping children with trauma.

Chaotic, no processes in place for anything. Things are left to last minute putting pressure on staff

Pros

- large company so has the ability to offer great benefits and incentives - lots of investment in supporting and improving the lives of children and young people - good team dynamic - flexible hybrid model

Cons

- due to size, it can be more challenging to connect with other staff members across the country (but that is the nature of any large company) - ongoing environmental impact (but the company actively engages with professionals and staff to improve)
