    Friendly colleagues, plenty of room to learn with well managed training materials and resources. Work effort and suggestions taken seriously. Seniors are very open and responsive to questions. The work is interesting and varied. There are opportunities to work on high profile cases. Supportive, laid-back, but professional culture.

    Hours can sometimes be unpredictable, though this is typical in the industry.

    - Exposure to high profile/seminal cases - Talented group of people, who are also geuineline nice (and are bothered about your well being) - Ambitious and inspiring senior management team - Fast growing and financially resilient company - Salary and benefits package are pretty good

    - Hours can be very long but this is expected in a competition practice - You might not always have a say over which projects you get assigned
