*time is counted by five 9 To anyone that hasn’t used five 9, it’s a program used to take calls. The companies that use five 9 however, also typically use that as your punch in and out method for the day and how they keep track of time spent on the floor. They will follow that timing to a tee, and will pay you for the exact amount of time that’s spent in the needed status you have to set depending on the task your doing, if your on break etc. This can greatly back fire and any extra minutes, seconds or even sometimes hours accidentally not logged onto the proper status will affect your paycheck If you can be on time and don’t have too many life complications you’ll be fine, just pay attention to your statuses. But I don’t recommend this position to anyone with big life events or maybe even undiagnosed health issues that will take them away from work, they may not be so understanding all the time.
