Advisors beware! I took a job with Compound Planning being told that they wanted me for the long term. Once I came on board they quickly cut my base pay in half and did not provide me the firm sourced leads they promised during the interview process. They will upload your existing book and contacts then quickly push you out in hopes of retaining your client base. It is a very dishonest and misleading hiring process all around. Be careful.
