Pros
Amazing Team of enterprising people. Laughter and light working environment. Very understanding of your needs and they appreciate keeping them informed. Building from the ground back up and anyone who loves a challenge is appreciated. Great benefits and flexible.
Cons
Smaller team compared to other companies i worked with leading to taking up more responsibilities beyond regular day to day activities. Can be a Con for some but for someone like me it makes it more interesting.
