->Best place to work. ->Top management is Awesome. -> Lucky to be a part of CC Family lead by great leader Sambit Dash. -> Love the work culture.
Cons
->Operations managers doesn't have little bit technical knowledge, though they run big technical teams (they hardly speak English or pronounce technical words) - CC how did you hire them and given such a big responsibility to dumb guys. ->Managers knows your Salary, be careful, as you might Targeted. We Request HR to hide the salary from Managers. ->Please change reporting structure, as we Techies are reporting to dumb managers, who are Zero fit for the position. Atleast make us reporties to good technical knowledgeable Guys.
