      Offer good transportation and medical facilities, great to start your career from, great bonus system, good fresher packages.

      Cons

      Incentives are less, too many leaves annually but couldn't use them as per your choice at all, have to tell the reason for a single paid leave, unbearable rotational shifts, one side cab.

      Job security: They will never fire you based on performance Environment: Most processes have a friendly environment among frontline agents Provides a lot of recognition

      Cons

      Stupid management, Very very slow and inefficient promotion structures, numbers over people, recognitions are usually non-financial, data-driven instead of passion, clear lack of definitive decisiveness in the times of crisis, worst transportation, promotions are mostly based on preferences of lobbists.
