Pros
We hire people oriented people and practice responsive management at all levels so that our employees feel and know that they are the most important part of this company. If our employees feel that truth, then our clients will most certainly feel that vibe too. As a result, our staffs recognize lower turnover in traditionally higher turnover categories thereby creating a stable environment and personal life for our employees.
Cons
Start-up of 3 years and small management staff. Still working on some internal process issues and reviewing solutions that may be helpful to the organization and most importantly to our employees. It's a common problem with a lot of companies that are constantly looking for ways to reduce back office duplication that will help improve with efficiencies on the front end.
