The most accommodating company I have ever worked for by far, due to the amazing flexibility they provide. Wonderful culture and great work benefits! Everyone on the team gets along well and management is always open to feedback and new ideas!
Cons
If you're coming from the Metro area, the commute is a little long but TOTALLY worth it!

Complete transparency! Lots of flexibility! Most honest owners you'll ever work with! Small start-up, but everyone is so smart and very top tier in what they do! Owners pay for your health benefits in full! Such a great place to work!
Cons
I can't think of any. We let some people go awhile back, but it actually sped up productivity, so it ended up being a good thing for the company's growth.
