Pros
Great pay and benefits if you make it long enough. If you actually do your job it becomes an easy one with management.
Cons
Only about 20% of the employees actually do their jobs. While the other 80% sit around and complain about anything and everything. Management does absolutely nothing about it when they mention they will on a consistent basis. It's like a prison. Nobody is friendly. Everyone has their own groups and if you don't fit in then they'll dislike you for no apparent reason.
