I was hired as an Android Application Developer for some upcoming project (as I was told) . I went there for one and half week in which HR and the organization did not have time to assign system so my daily routine consist of spending my transportation to reach office and sitting idle and stair walls because you are suppose to submit your mobile phones and have to take permission to use your phone. After a week I was told, we are not getting that project that you are hired for hence please leave without any other reason. I am just disappointed with the fact that why did you force me to join in 10 days when you did not have project and WHY DID YOU PLAYED WITH MY TIME .

None , even company can't tell you the pros of working with them. Like : They can't say "Oh! we have a policy of giving salary too late and our work timings are 9-9 but there's more you have to work 24 hours, you know 12 hours is not enough but wait, just to remind you even though you're working more than 12 hours a day but as you know we don't have enough projects because of covid , we know that also before covid we did not have any projects but yeah we are just going to blame it on covid but wait there's more we also have a retarded HR and also we sometimes schedule meetings to let employees speak about their issues but they can't really speak or we are just gonna shout at them and insult them. Also we are saving electricity and office rent but we are going to deduct salaries as you are not travelling so why don't you just give us the money because you do not need money right?" That's it people lot of pros here.
