      Pros

      Most colleagues are nice people. Salary isn't bad for Costa del Sol. Four days off in a row after your 4 shifts.

      Cons

      The months you're working night shifts can be hard. Very few opportunities to develop a career. Number of colleagues in the team is low therefore asking for holidays is tricky. Almost half your shifts are 12-hour night shifts. If the team leader likes you things can be easier, if not I'd look for another job. Most of the clients calling have no technical experience.
