The culture is toxic in some areas. Reps having 4,5,6 RVPs in one or two years. One leader had to be demoted and was particularly awful, putting on plan and/or firing more than 5 people in less than 18 months. AEs are not making money either. Average attainment of Enterprise reps is around 10%, and even that may be generous. Consistently <5 net new Enterprise logos each quarter. Most growth is coming from the installed base. Leadership has no real trust. New Executives are the laughing stock of the troops on the ground. Many sales leaders speak particularly poorly of the new CEO. Openly to their teams. Yikes!

Thoma Brava absolutely crushed the culture of this company. They are PE thru and thru. They are going to make their number regardless of who they need to get rid of. The new CEO is absolutely uninspiring and every time she addresses the “troops” the snickering is quite prevalent.
