Blowing the whistle on bad practices you witnessed colleagues commit will get you fired - no matter how right you were. What was OK today may not be OK tomorrow - depending on where you stand in the social hierarchy of office politics on a given day. Favoritism is rampant in this office and others I have worked in. Your job security depends on how well you are liked by certain employees. Fraternization - definitely happening between supervisors. Almost no work/life balance. Low wages - even for South Carolina
