      Nothing to say, very pathetic condition

      Cons

      unorganised -management is pathetic -no work ethics and culture -they lie during interviews and offer a different role in the end -bad infrastructure -HR's are ignorant and rude ( I think he is NOT HR ) don`t no how to make payment -cant take leave -terminate without notice

      --If you don't have any job and you are afraid of getting any other job then only you can opt for this company. --Apart from this there is no pros.

      Cons

      --You will not get salary on time. --Your PF amount will be deducted but it will not be credited in you PF account. --You can not any decision. --Managers are very rude and seems illiterate. --HR are like puppet. --Most Probably in month of December or January 2019 ,this company will be closed because company is in huge loss due to it's director ego and negligence.
