The management is absolutely terrible. They treat the staff absolutely horribly and I'd go as far to say as bullying.
They also treat the staff like children.
They will do absolutely anything to make money.
They don't keep promises.
What they say and what they do are 2 polar opposites.
No sick pay.
Annual leave is extremely discouraged (20 days).
Maternity leave is discouraged.
No contract (Just T&Cs).
The building is decrepit, the owner will do nothing to fix leaks or mound or rotten ceilings.
The toilets are disgusting.
They will sack you for poor performance within a week of being there (not even finishing the induction on some occasions).
They will also sack you for a stupid reason if management don't like you.
Pay rates are diabolical, and hard work is not/extremely rarely rewarded.
Nobody cleans up after themselves.
