Pros

The company attracts people with a good heart, who genuinely love dogs.

Cons

The family that owns Creative Dog Training is a nightmare. They declaw their cats, make racist jokes, and pocket 6 figure salaries while "working" 4 hours a day, in addition to their company cars, health insurance, work "research trips" for several weeks every year (and working to them = condescending micromanagement to those who actually do the work.) Despite their "research", they are not up to date in any way at all. They have a "technology director" but no technology besides a very old podcast. The Homewood facility is in desperate need of upkeep, but the owners pocket all profits as a personal "bonus." They moved their second location at the Summit across the street from the vet office that is also owned within the family, because they got kicked out due to all of the above issues. The dogs are left alone overnight for at least 12 hours, if not longer, on the cold concrete floors with the rats. Clients asked for cameras in the kennels, like other honest dog daycares have, and the owners refused because "clients might misinterpret what they see" aka "we can't lie our way out of video proof." The Davis family is terrible to work for in every way possible, and the animals in their care deserve better. Do not work here, and do not let anyone you know leave their pet in their irresponsible hands.

Pros

The dogs are precious and make the day brighter. The clients are also very sweet.

Cons

The owners are extremely biased, pick and choose favorites, and can be very belittling and rude. This is to employees, clients, and dogs alike. The work environment is extremely toxic and stressful because of the owners' lack of empathy and compassion. There are also no benefits, and the turnover rate of employees is through the roof because of the unfair treatment.
