I am writing to express my serious concerns about the employment practices at CreativeFuel. During my time with the company, I witnessed troubling behaviors that need immediate attention. If there were an option for a negative rating, I would give it without hesitation. When I joined, I was promised long-term employment. However, I, along with many colleagues, was abruptly terminated without proper performance evaluations or valid reasons. This practice creates job insecurity and distrust among employees CreativeFuel's habit of firing employees to hire new ones in different departments, without clear justification, shows poor planning and a lack of respect for current staff. This demoralizes the workforce and reflects poorly on the company's leadership. The HR department holds excessive power, often ignoring input from senior employees. This imbalance fosters a toxic work environment where employees feel undervalued and controlled. Additionally, the company mishandled relocation promises, failing to provide financial support and adding unnecessary stress. It is also concerning that CreativeFuel discourages employee happiness and camaraderie. A positive work culture is crucial for productivity and employee satisfaction, yet it seems undervalued here.
