      Pros

      Pay is very good, and benefits are generous. I never found them to be bad about needing time off if you were unwell. Very good at providing resources for program. They are inclusive.

      Cons

      In the environment is toxic. Many questionable safety choices and things being kept from families which truly is a moral dilemma. If you call management out, it can become very sneaky. Lots of gossip and parents often don't know the true care their child is receiving. The building is old and often comes with a lot of issues that they don't always get fixed as quickly as ideal.
