Terrible management, training, and support materials. Egregious disregard for federal HIPAA regulations.

Small company, decent starting pay, no metrics that are tracked, brown nosing takes priority over technical ability to advance.
Cons
Unqualified management and procedures are counterproductive, some being direct violations of HIPAA.

Co workers are great, healthcare is paid for (unless you have dependents)
Cons
Low pay, employees expendable, unreliable/dishonest management and owner. Border line hostile work environment, those who can actually change the situation either don't care or are afraid to act.
