Pros
Growing company, all the benefits of a large company without feeling big. The management is very approachable. The team at my engagement id awesome. We work well as a team. I have become friends with them over the past 2.5 years not just co-workers.
Cons
You need to be the kind of person that does not need lots of hand holding.
