      Pros

      Growing company and the managing partners make an effort to meet everyone . The project managers are friendly. Lots of flexibility and higher than most other contracting jobs.

      Cons

      Not a long term plan. smaller company and gets underbid by other larger companies .

      Pros

      Growing company, all the benefits of a large company without feeling big. The management is very approachable. The team at my engagement id awesome. We work well as a team. I have become friends with them over the past 2.5 years not just co-workers.

      Cons

      You need to be the kind of person that does not need lots of hand holding.
