      We have the best team in the industry... hands-down... no questions asked... the most loyal, hard working, kind, knowledgable people who have ever worked in the AV industry.

      Cons

      I can't think of any, but I'm sure I'm biased.

      The culture. The team feels like it was hand picked and molded into a perfect form. Everyone fits in so well together. The team is always filled with postive energy and excitement for what's next. The Ceo. Chris Gerhart is an unbelievable workhorse who cares more about his people then himself. He's a selfless kind hearted individual who you can't help but love working for.
