I have been working at Crimson Interactive for over 6 years and I have to say, it has been a fantastic experience. The management team truly cares about their employees and they are always looking for ways to help us grow and develop in our careers. The office culture is very positive and inclusive. One thing that really stands out about Crimson Interactive is the company's commitment to quality. From the work we do to the tools we use, everything is designed to deliver the best possible service to our clients. This makes me feel proud to be part of such a dedicated team. The company offers many opportunities for professional development, such as training sessions and conferences. Overall, I would highly recommend Crimson Interactive to anyone looking for a fulfilling career with a company that truly values its employees.

Good work culture but high work pressure (poor work-life balance)

1. Good work culture. The company focuses on performance-driven culture and not on your hierarchy/tenure to appraise your performance. 2. Editors get monthly incentives. This is a really good source of earning extra depending on your performance. 3. Approachable colleagues
Cons
Heavily deadline-oriented work. Client deadline breach is a severe ISO. Editors have back-to-back assignment deadlines on most days. You may or may not be able to manage depending on your editing speed and skills. High work pressure. A 9-hour shift is only on paper. Editors mostly end up overworking on most days.

Its been few months in Crimson. Experienced a comfortable and supporting environment. 9 hours of work is expected but start and end timings of the day depend on the team so these are flexible as per the team you are part of. Hybrid work mode option is available.

Since it is a startup so expectations are high and that too on fast pace. But this is not permanent, and depends on the need of the product. But sometimes it is like a positive challenge which is good for your own working and learning.

My team is work from home so I won't be getting the office exposure much. However, the company organizes quarterly meet-ups to compensate for that.

Some people are kind and supportive.
Cons
My experience at Crimson was terrible. There was no work-life balance at all. On most days I worked till the end of the day with no breaks. Even though some people were genuinely kind and supportive, the system was not conducive to my well-being. There is no point in staying in an environment where your time, effort and energy are exploited.

We have thoughtfully designed such policies to ensure that Crimsonites attend to their personal commitments seamlessly. - We always strive to create a friendly and nurturing work environment for our people where all their needs are catered to and they get ample of opportunities to grow. To achieve this, all our people are regularly trained to conduct themselves according to our values and culture, as they are our true ambassadors and partners. We are equally concerned to know your dissatisfaction about our compensation systems. Our pay-out metrics have been designed after extensive market research and are in line with industry standards. In fact, with our rewarding salary payout system, Crimsonites can get paid twice a month! Apart from monthly salary, there is a regular flow of finances through annual bonus, performance incentives, and appraisals. You will be glad to know that, unlike many other companies, we ensured timely bonuses and appraisals during the current pandemic as well. Unfortunately, we could not address your concerns while you were working for us. Nonetheless, if you would like to discuss this further, please contact our HR team.
