1. Lots of opportunity to learn. 2. If you are driven and know how to talk, there is avenue to move up 3. Major project in a major city 4. Multicultural and people in general are friendly
Cons
1. Constant change, many a time with no evident plans 2. Teamwork is lacking compared to other companies I have seen (Blame game is the name of the game) 3. Communication is fairly poor for such an experienced leadership team
