Pros
Nice office in NYC. Free snacks and water. You can tell your friends you work at a "growing" tech startup in Manhattan.
Cons
Product does not exist. Management knows NOTHING about software development at all, about hiring or about tech for that matter. Execs operate with a used car salesmen mentality and have no clue how to run a "tech startup". Do not use crowded you will NOT ever get a job through their platform you will just get hassled with useless spam and definitely DON'T WORK HERE. You will really start questioning your life choices immediately.

Pros
They kept giving me tickets to stuff, like sporting events and whatever. They really wanted me to tolerate their incompetence. Also, the location is on 5th ave.
Cons
These are people who don't care about code quality. These are people who put their own uninformed, unimaginable, dated, half-baked ideas in front of their team. They have ignored very basic, obvious warnings and directed the team into really frustrating problems that could have easily been avoided if they knew what they were doing (or just listened to people)
