Pros
They have some of the best products that have been tested by the test of time. Their customer service is unparalleled and the high-caliber products speak volumes about the company. They have attracted talent from their competitors. This is a 40 year old company that has withstood the test of time. No one makes better Rice Cookers than Cuckoo. And the water filtration system is amazing. I drink more water now at the office than I ever did anywhere else.
Cons
Well you have to drive a little to get to a restaurant since its in kind of an industrial area but they cater the Korean food every day so I never have to go out to eat
