Not in pace with new technologies

no any new technology to learn

1. Company is working on very old java versions and systems resulting slow growth rate 2. No such additional perks/benefits to work in organisation 3. They have many products already built resulting in maintainance rather than development work

Exposure to new technology is limited.

No new products/innovation in last 4-5 years Stick to old manners of doing this. Used old technologies which will be outdated in some days. Leave management is still old fashioned mail system. Need to improve internal processes as well.

Old technology, you get bored after sometime.

Every senior is your boss. Processes are missing Too much work load Too much context switching No latest technologies No time flexibility No work life balance lesser leaves compare to other organization.

There is no new technologies to work on

Worked on very old technologies.
