Flexible to your schedule Not fast paced: expected to pick up the phone but that is about all No sales expectations

No training on the platform Unstable financially, still uses paper checks Constant change in employees

Pros

Great environment to learn Magento programming. Flexible work from home options, casual office setting.

Cons

Very poor leadership that does not create a safe environment for employees. Lacking in basic project processes, deployment process or clear project definitions, which often caused uncontrolled product releases, unclear project KPIs or goals and residual issues with clients. Lacking in any culture or company values. Benefits package is minimal and job perks all but non-existent. This coupled with the poor leadership just leaves many employees with the feeling they are disposable, and the actions from leadership back this up.

Pros

The line level employees are phenomenal. These are people who, for whatever reason, are sticking around and trying their absolute best to do right by clients. It's a tight knit, tiny team that pulls each other through.

Cons

Regularly encouraged by the highest level of management to lie and bend the truth to clients. Insane project loads, unrealistic timelines, highest level of management actively undermines employee success. Added bonuses are no raises, promises for continuing education or reaching performance based goals are never kept, and more clients than not verbally abusing employees.
