Pros
I've worked in a lot of places in the past, and the work environment at Customer Paradigm is really solid. The thing I love most about working here is that the management team has worked very hard to create a low-ego programming team. I've worked in other places where there are highly entitled programmers who think that the world revolves around them. Here, the (current) team is very supportive of each other. Yes, you do need to try to figure things out for yourself, but you have the support from anyone to help out with complex problems. I do know that in the past, there as a project manager or two that wasn't 100% sharp, but under Alisa's guidance, they PM team is highly organized.
Cons
Downsides? There's not a lot of office drama that I have to worry about. I don't have to worry about a strict dress code, or how long lunch is. There's not a lot of downside to the job. It's a great place to work.
