      Pros

      Solid team willing to help each other and all are driven for success and growth. Management is hands on and leads by example. Autonomy to do your job.

      Cons

      Not always 9-5 and does require long hours at times. Sometimes there is too much autonomy which can make you feel disconnected from the team.

      Pros

      - The platform works most of the time.

      Cons

      - Unhealthy/toxic work culture. Consistent harassment. - Dishonest leadership. Make promises to company employees and do not follow through (e.g. promised stock options to all team members and then completely reneged and never spoke about it again). - False sentiment of how well the company is doing/revenue that is coming in. - Angry customers due to leadership overpromising and underdelivering. - Internal politics make it impossible to do your day job. Busy work left and right. - Leadership team on sales side has gotten into seat by falsifying career experiences.
