Pros

Pool and TT table on all floors keep you away from boredom Annual bash and event Exposure to latest technologies only if u are lucky enough to get into a project.

Cons

Very unprofessional environment. Working hrs policy of 8 hrs which excludes your time at cafeteria. Not employee centric at all Forcing employees to come to office during covid, deducting salaries and leaves and putting advanced leaves if unable to join office and asking employees to compensate for them by repaying their salaries. FYI: Applicable for employees who were on bench during covid. Forcing bench people to come to office in covid and sit idle for 8 hrs in order to get salary. Getting into cybage is easier than getting into a project. You have to clear 3-4 rounds in order to get a project. No work from home policy. No transport facility. Worst policies ever. Please don't join this org.

Cons

I was a special case of cybage who had given penalty of 3 months salary due to bond break policy, Yes. I broke the bond of 1 year and performed all legal process as per the bond policy to avoid further headache. I had given 2 technical interview in Java, then HR and again one more technical interview deeply on Spring so i thought to join this company by assuming i will get work on latest technologies. Reason: I got project in very old technology(not only me who getting such project, most of their projects are in old technology). then using HRD interface I got the release from the project (I was lucky, release not getting easily). Then I was on bench for few months and still my other joinee friends are on bench since day one. So I feel insecure and I left the company. Later my old friends got the new projects and they asking me what you did for the release? (Because they also got very old technology projects where they not getting exposure on spring, angular, java, react). SO I would like to suggest those who are reading my review. This review from my bottom of heart to do not such company where you may face same problem as I mentioned. I know we are eager to get new job, salary, big/dream company but by reading my review please dont join here. Try other good companies or best way to join product base organization by doing a hard study best Luck.

Pros

Job Security is good. Good for freshers.

Cons

1. Managers are only good at micro management. I worked under 4 managers and 3 of them were unable to handle the critical situations and escalations were always pointed to dev or testers. 2. I did not have stability in the organization as I only worked on short duration project. 3. Appraisal system is complete failure. Someone who is warming the bench for most of the year would get more appraisal than the person who was billable and worked on project. And you will not get valid explanation for it. 4. Even if you complete the task in time you will get extra work either new task or colleague's remaining work. You will end up sitting extra hours. Funny thing is their tagline is "Bringing life to work" :D 5. During pandemic no extra support or facilities were provided by company instead they spent money on employee activity tracking tool which monitors employee's time. Minimum 8 hours is must. 6.No benefits or facilities like laptop or other reimbursement during WFH 7. They are forcing people on bench to come to office and sit idle during pandemic time. Or salaries are cut half. 8. Delayed hikes and promotion. 9. Worst canteen and your time will not be calculated if you are in canteen. Employees end up having lunch on their desk to cover time. 10. Variable pay is complete scam. They won't pay. 11. You won't get project as per your skills. And so called RMG dept will force you to work on it. 12. No rewards and recognition for exceptional work.
