      Pros

      Cybage is the best company if you have started your journey as a fresher. Company has a good growth and they provides good appraisals and they give good salary hike. Fun workplace with plenty of opportunities. Cybage annual bash is fabulous event.

      Cons

      Sometimes management does internal politics and that is everywhere.

      The company have very good projects Good learning and growth opportunities The training provided by the company (technical/soft skill) is very good.

      Cons

      the company have too much hierarchy, doesn't required at all. It is said that working hours is flexible but managers ask employees to do minimum 35-40 hours per week
