      Good start up company. Nothing to mention

      Cons

      3 month notice period Low salary Management will always try to play trick on you. Non responsive hr once you are hired. No reply on email or calls will not be answered Very very unprofessional Once you resign you will see their true face

      Pros

      + In welcome kit they are giving 2 stress balls - it will help you while working there + overtime (at least your salary will not be so low)

      Cons

      - Project work, but no matter which project you will get - cybergate will not support you, they are just taking money from client and not caring about their employees - Salary is very low not as per market - Be ready to be slave there, you will not get any support - Working 12 hrs 4 days a week and even in your days off they will kill you by calls - If you decide to leave this company dont be so happy - quest starts: they will not let you go till they can, they will ignore your emails and calls so your new employer will not be able to wait so much and you will miss that oppotunity also
