Pros

- Company culture is great, they help each other improve - More opportunities to grab (giveaways, contests, higher position) - PHP 500 allowance on FoodPanda for your: birthday and anniversary with Cyberbacker - HMO benefit after a year - They have a profit share

Cons

- Profit share can go as low as $0.15 - $15 per person you referred - False advertisement, starting salary can go as low as 20% of the max pay advertised - THOROUGHLY read and understand the contract before you sign (there are a lot of jobs you can't apply to once you've separated from them! ESL and Freelancing or any remote jobs) - They're PRO clients than PRO employees - No 30-day notice before replacing/cutting you off - Even if you're full-time (6 mos), the client CAN cut you off anytime they feel like

Pros

Training is on your own. Your trainer will provide over 50 videos and modules for you to learn by yourself then they will test you via assessments every after shift

Cons

“10000XXX vacancies to be filled in 5 days” U have over a hundred employees waiting to be paired, competing against each other, every single day. Clients pay u 1500$ plus plus but we only get 250$ from it, the only time you will get an increase is IF your client has no feedback or anything through quarterly review, otherwise, you will have to wait for another 90 days for the next client review. Check out Cyberbacker PH Honest Review on facebook, I just followed it. Screenshots of past and current employees are posted there. The good reviews all over the internet is a SCAM, majority are from Social Media Backers working for them. Yes, they have a team delegated to make it seem like they are a good company, once u get in you will get to know them yourselves. They are scamming people, it is alarming. THERE ARE SCREENSHOTS TO PROVE ALL THESE, HEAR IT FROM ACTUAL CYBERBACKERS.

Pros

There are a lot of job options.

Cons

They're not very transparent with wages. The salary is not as competitive as they've said. The pre-training / matching process is long, competitive, and biased. Everything is uncertain and they don't pay you AT ALL during this time - not a single cent. You need to attend a "game show" event every single day to be lined up for clients which is honestly quite uneventful, unhelpful, and unnecessary.
