      I had an absolutely horrific experience working at DCS Engineering, LLC. The management treats employees terribly and exudes narcissistic tendencies, severely negatively impacting the overall work environment. I strong advise against ever considering employment with this company.

      The founder creates an unacceptable working environment that most can not tolerate. Very poor employee retention.

      Cons

      The constant intensity in regards to fast-paced work and pleasing the Principal is not a conducive work environment. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
