None. And don’t be mistaken by the good reviews, they are from the owner himself and the HR person.
Cons
You work with an overseas team of juniors and are expected to deliver high end pieces. Your marketing leader knows nothing about his role, is always agreeing on whatever the owners wants to do (he changes goals and directions every week) and you are expected to deliver results with no direction, no time and no resources. They see you as a money waste, don’t like to pay holidays and HR will NEVER introduce you to the company or the team
