Pros
Not a whole lot of positive. They do have some incredibly talented therapists working for them, unfortunately management demands have resulted in many of these therapists being overworked, stressed, and undervalued
Cons
Lots of negative feedback to staff. Poor work-life balance due to management expectations. Bullying is unfortunately imbedded in the workplace culture and management tend to jump straight to “punishing” staff rather than working with them to understand their perspectives. Talk a lot about supporting staff mental wellbeing, but don’t actually do anything to support staff
