Wonderful place to work

I have learned a lot when working here. People are so amazing and genius at their profession. It's a big motivation for me to move forwards and improve myself.
Cons
There was a lot of confusion when I started my work because the company provided many services at the same time. I was getting lost at first but everything turned out to be good when I received so much help from my manager as well as colleagues from other departments.

Okay but not for top producers
26 Aug 2021 - Outbound Appointment SetterRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
The pros is that the work was remote. The company also had good ways where you can track your appointments and the ones that closed. This is to track pay and the company was good about this. They also had good meetings.
Cons
The cons is they say they hire the best but when I was hired there were numerous people leaving. Not sure if they quit or were fired but many people left within the first 2 months I was there. I was given little real training, and was given a crash course by another employee. I was a top producer and then they took me off my main work and wanted me to do other work that didn't pay a bonus. I felt they were doing this because as a new hire it made the others on my team look bad and this company played favorites. It was not about production, unless you were their 'pet' and it was where they didn't want to really address this issue. Very poor at managing people effectively, mainly by taking top producers and putting them on 'special projects'. One time, in December, they had a contest. We were paid on appointments only when the prospect showed up. This contest awarded the person that had set like 10 appointments but this was before it was even determined if they showed up or not. The person that 'won' had been a company 'favorite' before and it was very obvious that they were a favorite employee, which is fine, but not when the terms of the contest are made to where this person is winning the contest but they never were able to set more than 3 or 4 appointments in the past and those didn't always qualify with the prospect showing up. The contest was 'rigged' and did not follow the same criteria when we worked, which was the prospects had to SHOW up for the appointment to be valid. Anyone can say they set 10 appointments but the real results are shown once the appointments are determined to be where the prospect showed up and the salesperson was able to take the prospect through the whole presentation. So, this was not done at all and it really leaves a 'bad taste' and I believe is why they have so much turnover. There was so much favoritism as no one had ever set 10 appointments in one week, it was not the norm or average appointments at all. The most were between 3, or maybe 5 on a very good week, and very rarely 6 or 7 if someone experienced had an exceptionally good week. There was an 'air' of distain towards anyone that had concerns and I am experienced enough to know that this is a primary reason that people leave jobs/companies. It is why I left, as I never felt valued. And when they said I was so good at my work, but then put me on a project that didn't pay any bonus, I knew they either didn't value their employees or they simply were unaware of how their treatment affected people leaving that were in my role, but even some of the sales people were leaving. So, all in all, this company does good work for their clients I suppose, but this is not a place if you are a top producer and want to be paid accordingly and treated as a valued member of a team within.
