Pros
DViO has an amazing set of clients domestically as well as internationally. Possibly the best mix of brands in their portfolio across sectors, at least in Pune. The growth and learning here is tremendous.
Cons
DViO does not value its employees. They're merely numbers on an Excel sheet. Especially if the COO is also the CFO. According to them, everyone is replaceable. Most people are underpaid, overworked, and subject to crippling pressure and deadlines. Staying back late almost every day & working weekends are normalized - benefits are non-existent. The HR department here is the most incompetent group of professionals you'll ever come across. 0 people skills, 0 warmth, and 0 smartness. The long-standing top executives here have god complexes. If you're in their good books, great. But, if you're not, start praying. The lack of empathy here is quite shocking, especially in 2023. The only thing that is truly valued here is the clients. But, somehow they still end up leaving. The CEO has massive ambitions and visions for the organization but seems to be unaware of all of the above.
