Pros

Not anything of value. It's very mentally exhausting. Bad culture

Cons

- The workplace culture felt toxic, with little to no opportunities for growth or learning. - Compensation was not aligned with the workload or expectations, often leading to a lack of motivation. - There was significant micromanagement and no emphasis on work-life balance, making it challenging to maintain personal well-being. - Favoritism was evident, with preferential treatment given to long-tenured employees or those who engaged in flattery, creating an unfair environment. - Office politics overshadowed meaningful work, hindering professional development. **Recommendation:** Consider this company only as a last resort. If you value growth, learning, or a supportive work environment, this may not be the right place for you. And please pay as per the employee's performance and not favouritism.

Pros

There is no Pros its complete a toxic work culture specific to Global IT

Cons

The work environment in the Global IT department is absolutely toxic. There's extreme micromanagement, and working under a female manager is a nightmare. She will manipulate everything, take credit for your work, and make sure you don’t get the recognition you deserve. Favoritism is rampant, and hard work goes completely unnoticed. The atmosphere is stressful, demotivating, and filled with office politics. If you’re looking for a place to grow and be valued, this is NOT it.

Pros

I don't have anything as a pros.

Cons

It is good if you work extra hours and sacrifice your work-life balance, but the pay is awful.
