This isn't a 'change' consultancy, they focus more on daggerwing way of implementing change which is okay if you start out here or are shifting from generalist consulting to change because most of the strategy and implementation is done by Sr. Leaders and junior staff are there to carry out styles from the top during which you can familiarize yourself with the 'daggerwing' way The place looked whitewashed (expect for a few minorities) and so the culture was very North American although the company website said they don't expect people to fit a mold (they do, they just weren't aware though lol) Didn't seem psychologically safe, most people were nervous and out to help themselves (sometimes over clients)
