Pros
Manage to create high quality mobile applications from the perspective of virtual no working experience on creating mobile apps prior to joining. Handling multiple project also provide learning opportunities on how mobile developers develop and maintain to enhance client experience.
Cons
Signs and symptoms of the company's business outlook had shown in the workplace right before I resign. Vitrually not much of proper handover when I takeover existing project where previous in charge is no longer working with the company before I join.
