An unpleasant place to work. Very old fashioned senior management team, mostly internally promoted (and seem to have never worked anywhere else) creating a "sir-yes-sir" inflexible culture. The takeover by Transdigm has driven a culture of profit before anything else which has worsened the situation. - Clueless Leaders - No progression plans - No training and development plans - No consistency across the site - No differentiation between hard working over achievers and lazy underachievers. - Full of false promises. ( numerous people given new job titles and workload without the title and salary to match)
