Working at this company has been one of the worst experiences I've had. The CEO, Reza, demonstrates extremely unprofessional behavior, regularly shouting at employees and treating them with disrespect. His lack of control and constant outbursts create a toxic atmosphere, making it difficult for anyone to feel comfortable or valued. Reza often resorts to inappropriate actions, like calling people from across the room by yelling, instead of communicating respectfully. His behavior is far from normal, as he even places his feet on the desk as if he believes he’s above everyone else. Overall, this is a terrible place to work, and I would strongly advise others to steer clear. No one should have to endure this kind of treatment.
